Technical education and experience in construction planning or control. **Description:** We are seeking a Construction Planning Technician to support our project management team in civil construction. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and updating schedules, ensuring the organization and accuracy of information, with emphasis on efficiency and deadline compliance. The role involves direct interface with internal and contracted teams, contributing to data consolidation and construction progress monitoring. Responsibilities Support monitoring and updating of construction schedules, identifying risks and reporting to coordination. Consolidate and organize information received from contractors and internal teams. Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and supporting presentations for Planning Coordination. Assist in identifying deviations in schedule, cost, and quality, suggesting operational adjustments. Contribute to standardization and improvement of control processes. Support monitoring of contractually established targets. Requirements Technical education in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Road Construction, or related fields. Prior experience in construction planning or control activities. Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, OPC, Primavera P6, or similar). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. **Desirable:** Knowledge of construction planning and control methodologies (Lean Construction, BIM 4D, EVM) and Microsoft Office suite. Proven experience in construction planning and schedule monitoring. Experience in preparing reports and monitoring dashboards, with knowledge of Power BI.
