Vital signs monitoring and wound care **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide high-quality, responsible, and empathetic nursing care to patients under one's care, strictly adhering to instructions and protocols established by the healthcare team. Ensure patient well-being and safety, contributing to recovery and health maintenance through humanized technical practices, while effectively collaborating on the training of nursing technicians during patient admission to the home. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Provide nursing care to patients at home, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobilization, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring, as outlined in the care plan.
