Job Summary: Performs masonry services and preparation of materials, assists in demolitions and reconstructions, interprets blueprints, and collaborates with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with the team to ensure efficiency and quality Responsibilities: * Performs masonry services, including laying bricks, blocks, and other materials according to project specifications. * Prepares and applies mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. * Assists in demolition and reconstruction activities for structures, complying with safety regulations. * Interprets drawings and blueprints, following supervisor instructions to ensure execution accuracy. * Maintains workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as proper care of tools and equipment used. * Collaborates with other team members to ensure efficiency and quality of performed tasks. * Reports progress and any issues encountered during service execution to the supervisor. Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role * Basic qualification course in civil construction is desirable Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
