Ensure organization and quality in the maintenance department Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment for civil construction, cleaning, and gardening. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is in perfect working condition, safe, and presentable for rental, directly contributing to service quality and unit performance. If you possess technical skills and enjoy solving problems, this is your opportunity to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; * Clean equipment; * Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures; * Record performed maintenance in the system; * Manage inventory of parts and equipment; * Test and inspect equipment upon delivery and return; * Guide customers on correct and safe equipment usage; * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements; * Ensure organization and quality in the maintenance department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance (preferred); * Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance; * Basic knowledge of diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures; * Familiarity with safety standards (NR 10, 12, 18, and 35\); * Organized, proactive, and able to handle urgent situations; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Additional Information** * Base salary for the position: R$ 1950; * Hazardous work allowance, as per technical report and current legislation; * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance (if required); * Life insurance; * EAD and in-person training; * Career development plan.
