Focus on workplace safety and team integrity We are seeking an **Industrial Assembly Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise teams involved in assembling structures, equipment, and components, either in civil construction or industrial environments. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, technical standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * **Assembly Planning:** Analyze technical drawings, define procedures, and organize activity schedules, assigning tasks and priorities. * **Team Coordination:** Lead, supervise, and guide the assembly team, promoting proper tool usage and ensuring productivity and quality. * **Material and Equipment Control:** Verify availability, proper usage, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment. Manage inventory and request replenishments. * **Execution and Supervision:** Monitor the assembly of structures, machinery, and piping systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical standards. * **Workplace Safety:** Implement safety regulations, conduct inspections, and prevent hazards to ensure team integrity. * **Communication and Reporting:** Maintain contact with engineers and technicians, prepare progress reports on assembly activities, and document incidents. * **Quality and Compliance:** Inspect assembly stages, ensure quality standards, and participate in technical audits. **Benefits:** * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday until 4:00 PM\.
