Guide the team, clarify doubts, and support the integration of new employees. Substitute for the SupervGovernança during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations. Monitor the use of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. Report maintenance needs and other irregularities. Ensure adherence to hotel quality standards. Perform room cleaning when necessary. **Requirements** Experience as a housekeeper in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of cleaning and room setup standards in the hospitality industry.
