As a Flexographic Printer, you will play a critical role in operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines, ensuring the quality and efficiency of printing processes. Your responsibilities will include supervising and controlling the machines, as well as guaranteeing that printed products meet established quality standards. You must possess solid knowledge of flexographic printing techniques, including machine setup and adjustment, interpretation of technical specifications, and resolution of technical problems. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic and rigorous production environment. In addition to technical skills, we seek a professional with a team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively with other members of the production and maintenance teams. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new printing technologies and processes is also an important requirement.
