That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform service order (OS) handling according to system availability or immediate management directives, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out activities related to optical cable splicing preparation and testing, supporting network technicians and/or supervisors; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning to ensure customer connectivity and quality; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect utility poles; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks as instructed/trained to ensure network standardization; * When necessary, perform vegetation pruning/cutting for proper cable deployment or excavation for maintenance or cable deployment; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Class B driver’s license; **Additional Information** * Commuter Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning platform via Intranet * Giga Inclusion Assistance * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees.
