That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform service order (OS) handling according to system availability or immediate management directives, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out activities related to optical cable splicing preparation and testing, supporting Network Technicians and/or Supervisors; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning to ensure customer connectivity and service quality; * Install fiber-optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect utility poles; * Install fiber-optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks according to instructions/training to ensure network standardization; * If necessary, perform vegetation pruning/cutting for proper cable installation or excavation for network maintenance or cable deployment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Class B driver’s license; **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning Platform on Intranet * Giga Inclusion Support * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE, offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees.
