That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform service order (OS) handling according to system availability or immediate management directives, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out activities related to splicing preparation and optical cable testing, supporting Network Technicians and/or Supervisors; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning, ensuring customer connectivity and quality; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect utility poles; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks strictly per provided instructions/training to ensure network standardization; * If necessary, perform vegetation pruning/cutting for proper cable deployment or excavation for maintenance or cable installation; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures are desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid and active driver’s license (Category B); **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Giga Inclusão \- PCD Dependent Support; * Total Pass; * Birthday day off; * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days); * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan); * E-learning platform on the intranet; * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals; * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates; * Samsung Partnership Portal; With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
