Requires a Technical Course in Building Construction and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for monitoring the activities of the Field Operations team, controlling work schedules, project delivery timelines, material consumption, as well as supporting the Immediate Supervisor in technical tasks, aiming to meet scheduled deadlines (IDP), baseline budget (IDC), and final product quality (IDE), according to parameters defined for the assigned project. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Communication Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings Basic knowledge of civil construction materials Organization / Planning / Control Customer orientation Results orientation Proactivity Interpersonal skills Teamwork Systemic thinking Technical Course in Building Construction; completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields is desirable.
