**Requirements:** * **Completed high school education** * **Valid driver's license** * **Availability for the third shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:18 AM)** * Ensure cargo integrity, service quality, and adherence to pickup and delivery deadlines. * Comply with safety regulations and collaborate across all departments to continuously improve processes. * Issue documents such as OC DACTE, AWB, labels, cargo manifest, JAD, CTE, PIN, and other required documents. * Verify data on invoices and request corrections from the Sales department in case of discrepancies. * Import EDI messages into the E\-Cargo system and verify issued documents. * Record and report non-conformities (including photos), and open SM and RNC when necessary. * Report pending volumes and NF\-e to responsible parties. * Support supervision in identifying operational failures and analyzing risks and opportunities. * Contribute to improvement initiatives and operational performance management.
