Analytical profile with strong communication skills **Barueri – SP | CLT Employment | On-site** A company specializing in **electrical engineering and electrical projects** seeks a professional to support planning, control, and monitoring of operational performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, monitor, and update activity schedules. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support consolidation and presentation of results. * Manage deadlines, information, and data related to planning processes. * Support the organization of internal routines and workflows, interacting with various departments across the company. **Requirements** * Degree in **Engineering**. * Prior experience in **planning, control, and monitoring of indicators (KPIs)**. * Experience in data analysis, information organization, and process control. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 4.164,16** (R$ 14.56 + 30%) * Benefits: Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal Benefit, and Basic Food Basket.
