Come make a difference with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage daily work routines related to operations; * Communicate and collaborate with all process areas; * Delegate tasks and allocate teams across machinery; * Ensure production scheduling and formula sequencing for optimal equipment performance; * Supervise bag and bulk bag weights through team monitoring and guidance to ensure strict weight control; * Verify packaging for each formulation while monitoring loading orders to prevent packaging mix-ups; * Monitor loading orders and check truck license plates to ensure the correct truck is called; * Supervise loading operations to verify proper securing of bags and appropriate stacking of sacks; * Supervise machinery cleaning, verifying electrical lockouts and overall safety measures; * Issue maintenance work orders and monitor equipment maintenance execution; * Ensure team safety in the use of PPE and procedures, acting with strong ownership mindset. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Leadership techniques; * Safety and quality standards; * Microsoft Office suite. **Additional information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
