Job Summary: Responsible for the development and management of architectural projects across all phases, coordinating the team and ensuring integration and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Full architectural project development, from test fit to executive design. 2. Leadership and coordination of architecture teams. 3. Application of standards and material research for Concept Design. Will be responsible for architectural project development across all phases; development and management of architectural and complementary project schedules; project integration; priority setting; time management to meet demands; and coordination of architecture team activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for architectural project development across all phases (test fit, legal project, schematic design, and executive design); * Study and interpretation of the client's brand and key architectural characteristics required for conceptual architectural design; * Conducting technical site visits for metric survey and critical analysis of the property’s legal, constructional, and general infrastructure features; * Responsible for Concept Design in alignment with the brief (reference research, brand application, material research, furniture, finishes, lighting, etc.); * Application of standards according to project location and typology; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop; **Additional Information** * Work location: Granja Viana * Health insurance; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; PLR * **WHO WE ARE.
