Junior Lawyer

Description

Handle low-complexity legal matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting procedural documents, and supporting the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings. Assist the legal team in activities involving legislative research, case law analysis, and support in preparing reports and legal opinions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical standards of proceedings, as well as providing initial client service under supervision, while contributing to office organization and efficiency, and to the quality of legal deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and judicial agreements, verifying relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients' positions and minimize risks in cases of default; * Draft and prepare initial pleadings, responses, appeals, and other procedural submissions under supervision of Mid- or Senior-Level Lawyers, complying with procedural deadlines and formal requirements; * Provide initial client service, collecting relevant information for case handling and advising on legal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Minimum of six months’ internship or practical experience in law firms or legal departments; * Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, Legal Research, Drafting and Preparation of Procedural Documents, Deadline and Process Management, Negotiation Skills, and Professional Ethics.
