This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge, gain corporate environment experience, and build a career in a solid and continuously growing company. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Support administrative routines in the Occupational Safety, Warehouse, and Engineering departments; * Organize documents, spreadsheets, and administrative controls; * Assist in controlling materials, documents, and internal records; * Provide administrative support to technical teams for daily operational needs. ***Requirements*** * Must be up to 23 years old and meet the criteria of the Young Apprentice Program; * Completed or currently pursuing High School (as applicable to the program); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a plus; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. **It will be considered an advantage to be currently enrolled in or have completed technical or undergraduate programs in the following fields:** * Occupational Safety; * Logistics; * Administration; * Civil Engineering; * Building Construction. **What We Offer** * 4-hour daily work schedule; * Remuneration of R$ 7.37 per hour, as stipulated by the Apprenticeship Program legislation; * Transportation Allowance; * TotalPass (discounts at gyms); * A learning and professional development environment; * Mentorship by experienced professionals; * Opportunity to gain experience at one of the leading companies in the Civil Construction sector.
