Monitor the quality of services performed About the Position: About the Position: We are seeking a **Workshop Supervisor** to lead our team of technicians, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and efficiency in maintenance processes. The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily workshop activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring daily demands are met; * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet; * Monitor the quality of services performed, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards; * Track indicators, records, and controls related to maintenance activities; * Support planning of resources required to execute services; * Ensure compliance with sector safety, quality, and organization standards; * Contribute to team development, promoting organization, productivity, and continuous process improvement. * Completed high school education; * Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance teams; * Knowledge of diesel mechanics; * Experience in the transportation or bus segment will be considered an advantage; * Availability for occasional travel. * Completed high school education; * Prior experience leading maintenance teams; * Knowledge of diesel mechanics; * Experience in the transportation or bus segment will be considered an advantage; * Availability for occasional travel.
