**Position:** Warehouse Assistant **Hierarchical Level:** Level 7 – Technical and Operational Assistants **Department:** Warehouse / Logistics **Job Mission:** Support warehouse logistics and operational routines, ensuring organization, movement, and proper maintenance of ILED Produções’ equipment. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Sort and organize equipment for events; * Assist with vehicle loading and unloading activities; * Support control of material inflow and outflow; * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and equipment properly stored; * Assist with periodic equipment inventories and counts; * Follow instructions and procedures defined by the Warehouse Supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school; * **Experience:** Not required (logistics or warehouse experience preferred); * **Specific Knowledge:** Warehouse organization, physical stamina, care for equipment. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Responsibility * Agility * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (with availability for overtime) **Salary:** R$ 1\.908,00 (starting) \+ benefits Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.908,00 \- R$2\.401,12 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
