What will your role be? * **Leadership and Reference:** Serve as the primary IT reference for both the team and the client, ensuring a healthy organizational climate and upholding Rethink’s culture. * **Delivery Management:** Monitor task progression throughout the development cycle, identifying and mitigating risks that could hinder committed deliveries. * **Architecture and Quality:** Interpret solution designs, participate in defining software architecture, and ensure the team adheres to the project’s technical guidelines. * **Mentoring and Growth:** Identify training needs, provide technical feedback, and align team knowledge to foster continuous growth. What will your day-to-day look like? * Align team objectives and ensure execution of internal processes. * Observe agile team dynamics, facilitating communication and removing blockers. * Support the project team in creating schedules and estimates. * Conduct technical interviews for new members and jointly define required profiles with coordination. * Ensure work tools (JIRA, documentation) remain up to date. * Resolve conflicts and maintain a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented environment. For this position, you must have: * Solid backend development experience with **Java** (minimum 5 years). * Proficiency in **Spring Boot** (Data, Security, MVC, etc.). * Knowledge of relational databases (**PostgreSQL, MySQL**) and NoSQL databases (**MongoDB, Redis**). * Experience with **AWS** (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and containers (**Docker/Kubernetes**). * Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Git, and unit testing. * **Personal Skills:** Analytical thinking, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to make fast, accurate decisions.
