This is a permanent **CLT** position, with working hours from **Sunday to Thursday**, **2:13 PM to 10:30 PM**, and **Friday and Saturday**, **3:23 PM to 11:30 PM**. Includes **one fixed weekly day off** and **one Sunday off per month**. **Compensation:** Salary: **R$ 2.518,00** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 25.00 per day**; * Transportation Allowance based on commute distance. **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – SP **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the customer service team, assign tasks, and monitor execution; * Ensure service quality and excellence in customer service; * Monitor and control input inventory, conducting periodic counts; * Report material replenishment needs; * Control production waste; * Ensure smooth store operations; * Support operations by performing customer service duties when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of **one year of experience in a leadership role**; * Prior experience in the food industry is a plus; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results orientation.
