This person will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of squad deliverables, acting as the bridge between strategy, business, and technology. They will lead the team, monitor outcomes, manage priorities, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure delivered solutions align with client objectives and generate tangible value. We seek someone with strong delivery experience, collaborative leadership skills, and proven experience in agile environments — capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery predictability. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * **Leading** multidisciplinary squads, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and continuous team development; * **Managing** initiative delivery, tracking deadlines, priorities, KPIs, and delivery quality; * **Partnering** with Product Owners, business areas, and stakeholders to ensure objective clarity and expectation alignment; * **Facilitating** agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement of team processes and practices; * **Monitoring** risks, blockers, and dependencies, and developing action plans to ensure delivery execution; * **Ensuring** transparent communication among technical teams, business units, and clients; * **Tracking** squad performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; * **Supporting** data\-driven decision\-making, grounded in business context and team capability; * **Fostering** an environment of autonomy, collaboration, and high performance. **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Proven experience as a Squad Lead, Delivery Lead, Tech Lead with delivery accountability, Project Manager, or similar roles within technology teams; * Experience leading multidisciplinary squads, including monitoring team capacity, distributing workload, prioritizing tasks, and evolving deliveries; * Hands\-on experience managing end\-to\-end digital product or project delivery — from planning through production release; * Direct experience collaborating with Product Owners, business units, and clients to align on priorities, scope, and expectations; * Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and developing mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted delivery; * Knowledge of delivery metrics and KPIs such as delivery predictability, throughput, team capacity, lead time, or similar; * Agile experience using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks, with practical involvement in continuous process improvement; * Ability to conduct executive review rituals, reporting status, risks, progress, and key attention points to stakeholders at various levels; * A collaborative leadership profile, with skills to engage people, resolve conflicts, and cultivate high\-performance environments. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience as a Product Owner, including backlog management, prioritization, and digital product development; * Experience in consulting or multi\-client digital transformation projects; * Knowledge of delivery metrics and squad performance tracking indicators; * Experience operating in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders; * Certifications or training related to agility, product management, or project management. **What do we offer our Builders?** * Meal allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote work allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju \- *a flexible amount you can use however you choose;* * Nationwide health insurance by Porto Seguro (Silver Plan with private room, no co\-payment), with 50% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Dental insurance by Porto Seguro (Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Childcare allowance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental health support \- *access to the Conexa app;* * Physical health support \- *access to Gympass and TotalPass apps;* * Life insurance ***All our positions are inclusive and open to people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, disabilities, and other forms of diversity.
