Senior Test Analyst (QA)

Brivia_Group wants to leverage your talent to further strengthen our digital transformation ecosystem! **Requirements:** We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst with solid experience in manual software testing, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business users. The professional will be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, supporting activities from environment setup through solution user acceptance testing (UAT). **Qualifications:** **Academic Background:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Technical Requirements:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in manual software testing; * Analytical ability to identify, document, and track incidents; * Knowledge of SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations); * Understanding of database structure, including backup, restore, table creation, and modification; * Experience with Azure DevOps for bug and test case management; * Basic knowledge of IIS for website creation and Application Pool management; * Basic programming logic knowledge; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Experience creating test data sets; * Preparing and deploying applications in test environments; * Supporting users during UAT processes; * Assisting the development team in reproducing and analyzing error scenarios; * Writing system manuals and documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in Software Quality and Testing (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, or similar); * Knowledge of test automation; * Experience in highly complex corporate environments; * Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills. **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ (valid CNPJ required); * Personal equipment required; * Remote work model; * Professionals located in Greater São Paulo must be available to attend the office in person once per month; * Professionals from other locations will work 100% remotely; * Project duration: initial estimate of 12 months; * Expected start date: June 2026.
