Work on strategic projects, ensuring excellence in the quality of solutions developed on the Salesforce platform. You will be part of an agile environment, collaborating directly with cross-functional teams to structure testing, automation, and continuous integration strategies, contributing to secure and high-impact business deliveries. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Quality reference within Scrum Squads, ensuring adherence to story acceptance criteria; * Plan, create, and execute functional, integration, regression, and End\-to\-End tests; * Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies; * Validate Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud), integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and business workflows; * Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting DevOps practices and release automation; * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business areas; * Perform data validation, API testing, and integration testing between Salesforce and external systems; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes, tools, and strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * **5 years or more** of experience in Software Quality and Test Automation; * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations; * Experience in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools; * Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python; * Experience with REST/SOAP API testing; * Understanding of Salesforce data model, profiles, permissions, and security; * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer); * Experience with Salesforce DX; * Performance testing using JMeter or Gatling; * Experience with CTI, Contact Center (CXone/NICE), and CCaaS platforms; * Validation of solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and conversational AI; * Database testing and SQL validation; * Familiarity with GCP Logs Explorer; * Experience integrating Salesforce with e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and Supply Chain systems. **Important Information:** **Work Model:** Remote **Employment Type:** PJ **Language:** Advanced / Fluent English.
