We are hiring a **Senior Requirements Analyst (BPMN Process Automation)** to join the ed team, working on a strategic digital transformation project focused on judicial process management, with emphasis on automation, modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement of business processes. The professional will directly engage in process elicitation, redesign, and automation using BPMN, collaborating closely with business areas, end users, and technical teams. Our environment uses a BPMN engine based on the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system architecture; familiarity with this is a significant advantage. **REMOTE \- availability for in-person meetings in Brasília required** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, model, and redesign business processes; * Design BPMN workflows for process automation; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and standardization; * Elicit and document business rules; * Collaborate with business areas to understand operational workflows and user needs; * Support the development of automated solutions using the BPMN engine; * Validate workflows, business rules, and behavior of automated processes; * Prepare functional and technical documentation for processes; * Support UAT and functional testing of automated workflows; * Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, requirements analysts, and QA teams; * Support the implementation of continuous improvements in organizational processes; * Facilitate communication between technical and business areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** What enhances your chances: * Experience with BPMN engines; * Knowledge or experience with the PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) BPMN engine; * Experience in judicial process automation; * Experience with tools such as Bizagi; **Must-have qualifications:** * Solid experience in process mapping, modeling, and automation; * Advanced knowledge of BPMN; * Experience in business process analysis and redesign; * Experience with process modeling tools; * Ability to elicit requirements and business rules; * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings with users and stakeholders; * Good writing and documentation skills; * Collaborative, proactive profile with a problem-solving focus. *Soft Skills:* * Excellent interpersonal communication; * Active listening and empathy with users; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Negotiation and mediation skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement. **Ready to take on this challenge with us?** Apply now and help build the future with ed
