**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a strategic professional with solid technology experience to assume the role of Senior Project Manager at Insi, leading the evolution of the Supplier Portal — a critical platform for client–supplier relationships across global markets. This challenge demands a profile capable of orchestrating the delivery of four high-complexity new modules focused on Procurement, ensuring synergy among business stakeholders, multidisciplinary IT teams, and external development partners. The ideal candidate must combine strategic vision for executive governance with tactical excellence in agile execution, ensuring the roadmap is delivered with quality, strict budgetary control, and high operational value.

* Lead end-to-end delivery of the Supplier Portal module roadmap, coordinating four simultaneous subprojects (GSID, ANC Operational Data, Supplier Communications, and TCO Landed Cost).
* Manage the full program lifecycle, maintaining rigorous control over scope definition, change management, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
* Define and drive the project governance structure, leading Executive Steering Committee meetings and reporting status, risks, and strategic decisions.
* Serve as the central alignment point between the Business area (Procurement), IT domains (MDR, PLM, and Integration), and the external development vendor.
* Oversee the performance of the Delivery Manager and partner team, ensuring technical commitments and agreed deadlines are strictly met.
* Proactively identify risks, system dependencies, and blockers, implementing mitigation plans and presenting clear escalation recommendations.
* Manage program finances, including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation validation.
* Resolve ambiguities and serve as the final escalation point for business-related conflicts or requirement prioritization disputes.
**Requirements:**
* Strong experience as an IT Project Manager in large-scale, complex corporate environments.
* Advanced or fluent English (mandatory for interaction with international stakeholders).
* Proven experience managing multiple agile projects executed concurrently.
* Experience managing and supervising external software development vendors (Vendor Management).
* Analytical capability to translate complex business needs into technical and functional deliverables.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and high-level stakeholder management skills (C\-level and executive leadership).
* Highly organized, proactive profile with focus on removing impediments and solving problems.
* Meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the project’s strategic business impact.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge or prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain projects.
* Familiarity with PLM system integration (e.g., Teamcenter) and operational data flows (ANC).
* Recognized certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe, PMP\-ACP).
* Prior experience in Supplier Collaboration Portal projects or WebEDI systems.
