The company is seeking a Senior Process Analyst in Eusébio. **Responsibilities:** AS IS and TO BE process mapping. Identification and analysis of operational processes. Modeling in BPMN 2\.0, SIPOC, and flowcharts. Development of end\-to\-end flows and macroprocesses. Identification of bottlenecks, rework, and waste. Preparation of SOPs, ITs, RTs, and other operational documents. Standardization and document control. Process redesign and optimization. Continuous improvement focused on productivity and quality. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Continuous Improvement Analyst, or Operational Efficiency Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
