You will play a pivotal role in defining frontend architecture and evolving team practices, working strategically alongside product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact experiences within an agile, results-driven environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development and evolution of web applications using React and its ecosystem. * Define and implement scalable, sustainable, and high-performance frontend architectures. * Translate business requirements and prototypes (e.g., Figma) into efficient, high-quality technical solutions. * Participate in technical decision-making, evaluating trade\-offs and proposing continuous improvements. * Ensure code quality through robust testing practices (unit, integration, and E2E). * Collaborate closely with backend teams to define API contracts and architecture. * Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor less-experienced developers. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and user experience issues. * Participate in and influence agile ceremonies, contributing to technical planning and backlog refinement. * Promote engineering standards, code reuse, and the evolution of design systems. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Advanced experience with React and its ecosystem (hooks, Context API, composition patterns, performance optimization). * In-depth knowledge of Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, and optimization). * Strong expertise in TypeScript for complex, scalable applications. * Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling strategies (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components). * Proven experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jotai) and decoupled architectures. * Solid experience consuming and designing REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus). * Experience with React Query/TanStack Query or similar tools for managing asynchronous data. * Strong understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals, code splitting, memoization, caching). * Experience with build and optimization tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Turbopack). * Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative best practices (PRs, trunk\-based development or Gitflow). * Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and proactive process improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright). * Experience with frontend observability and monitoring (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, New Relic). * Practical knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive development. * Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Radix UI, Material UI). * Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns (e.g., micro frontends, BFF, edge rendering). * Experience with CI/CD and frontend pipeline automation. * Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or establishing engineering standards. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
