We are looking for people eager to revolutionize how professionals move around the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** * Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and cost-efficiency across AWS and GCP environments * Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) automations using Terraform/Terragrunt — modules, state management, and standardization of best practices * Develop and maintain automations, scripts, and integrations using APIs, CLIs, and languages such as Python or Shell * Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with integrated quality and security stages, aligned with Cyber Security team guidelines * Act as a liaison between Development, Operations, and Cyber Security teams to analyze and remediate vulnerabilities * Implement and enhance platform observability: dashboards, alerts, and event traceability * Lead internal projects autonomously, producing technical documentation and runbooks * Support and assist Engineering, QA, SI, and governance teams **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications**: **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields — or equivalent, proven experience. **Requirements**: * Advanced hands-on experience with AWS and its core services: EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Cognito, KMS, and Secrets Manager * Knowledge of GCP: familiarity with core infrastructure and security services on the platform * Proven, solid experience with Terraform and Terragrunt: reusable modules, remote state management, and standardization of IaC best practices * Hands-on experience with containerized infrastructure: Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes or ECS * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar) * Experience with observability tools: dashboards, alerts, and log analysis (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, ELK, or similar) * Proficiency in at least one automation-focused language: Python or Shell/Bash * Linux: administration, permissions, networking, and troubleshooting * Understanding of security protocols and concepts: SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, digital certificates, and TLS/HTTPS * Ability to interpret and act upon vulnerability findings (CVEs, SAST/DAST results) **Desirable**: * Microsoft Azure * MongoDB (Atlas) * IaC security scanning tools: Checkov, tfsec, or similar * Kubernetes * REST API, GraphQL, SSO * Digital certificates and HTTP/HTTPS protocol * API Gateway / API Manager * AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty) or equivalent (e.g., CKS, CKAD) * Information Security and DAST/SAST tools **Language**: Intermediate/technical English — reading and writing technical documentation and communicating with technical support. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** * Flash card-based meal/voucher allowance; * Sulamérica health and dental insurance; * Total Pass; * Home office allowance via Flash card; * Mental health support (VOLL Care); * Education assistance through VOLL Education; * Group life insurance; * 6-month maternity leave; * 30-day paternity leave (Our parental leave policy applies equally to same-sex couples). * Vacation accrual starting after 6 months; * Birthday day off. **Diversity at VOLL** At VOLL, we value every individual and their uniqueness, offering an environment that respects diversity and individuality.
