The **Senior Design Analyst** position is strategic for the **marketing department**, ensuring products are communicated cohesively and professionally—strengthening brand recognition, supporting demand generation, and sustaining a visual experience aligned with the company’s growth pace. **Contract Model: PJ** **For your well-being:** * We are a Remote-First company (100% REMOTE position) * Meal Allowance * Home Office Allowance * We provide all equipment you will need * Paid Leave after 1 year of employment * Year-end Bonus * Health Insurance (co-payment) * Dental Insurance (no co-payment) * Childcare/Babysitter Allowance * 4-month Maternity Leave even under PJ contract * Life Insurance * Gympass | WellHub * Allya * Pet Love * Career Development Path **Your responsibilities will include:** ============================== * Translate strategic briefs into high-impact visual solutions aligned with branding, marketing, and conversion objectives. * Develop campaigns, creative assets, and materials for various channels, ensuring visual identity consistency. * Lead brand evolution and brand book management, guaranteeing its correct application across all touchpoints. * Design web assets, landing pages, rich media (ebooks, tools, etc.), executive presentations, print materials, videos, animations, and other design deliverables. * Create performance- and conversion-oriented ad creatives for media campaigns. * Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business challenges into strategic visual solutions. * Elevate the team’s technical quality by disseminating best practices, new tools, and design standards. * Guide and inspire the design team or external partners, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables. **Prerequisites (mandatory criteria):** ================================================= * Advanced, proven experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and digital prototyping/design tools. * Demonstrated track record managing complex visual identities and implementing/maintaining brand books. * Proficiency in creating assets for both responsive digital environments (Web/Social/Ads) and high-quality graphic productions (creatives, videos, rich media, LP layouts and emails, commercial and event presentations, etc.) * Ability to interpret executive briefs and translate business objectives into high-impact, performance-driven visual assets. * Solid expertise in designing layouts for Landing Pages, HubSpot CRM emails, and performance-focused digital ad creatives. **Differentiators that make your profile shine for this role:** ================================================== * Prior experience in marketing departments of technology companies, advertising agencies, or related areas. * Knowledge of UX/UI Design applied to websites and landing pages, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing skills. * Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools for creative process optimization. * Experience in Motion Design and video editing for digital campaigns. **Additional Information:** =========================== **What we commit to developing your career:** * We foster autonomy and space for your professional growth * Training initiatives and continuous feedback * Freedom to be your authentic self * Biweekly 1:1 meetings with your manager * Individual Development Plan * Twice-yearly 360° evaluations Interested in this position? **Join us!**!
