Description
Receive and guide the various individuals visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize patient flow and contribute to institutional security.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive patients at the unit who will undergo examinations;
* Register and schedule patients in the system;
* File examinations and examination requests;
* Guide clients to other departments;
* Maintain an organized work environment;
* Perform other tasks as required or at the supervisor's discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic user-level computer literacy.
**Additional Information**
Work schedule: 07:00–19:00, rotating 12x36 shift pattern
