Description

Receive and guide the various individuals visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize patient flow and contribute to institutional security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients at the unit who will undergo examinations; * Register and schedule patients in the system; * File examinations and examination requests; * Guide clients to other departments; * Maintain an organized work environment; * Perform other tasks as required or at the supervisor's discretion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic user-level computer literacy. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 07:00–19:00, rotating 12x36 shift pattern Benefits: Meal allowance (VA), life insurance, on-site cafeteria, partnership with SESC, and transportation allowance (VT). **SPDM** – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility—respectively by Decrees No. 57.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8.911, dated 07/30/1970.
