Job Summary: Supports the execution of internal audits, follows up on action plans, develops and reviews Quality Management System documents, and analyzes performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and support for decision-making ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Support the execution of internal audits, documenting conformities, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement; Follow up on action plans, monitoring deadlines, responsible parties, and evidence of completion; Develop, review, and maintain updated operational procedures, policies, flowcharts, manuals, and other Quality Management System documents; Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance indicators, targets, and SLAs, supporting management in decision-making; Execute customer satisfaction surveys, NPS, and eNPS—from preparing data sources to consolidating and analyzing results; Develop dashboards, managerial reports, presentations, and analyses related to quality indicators. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Business Process Management, or related fields; Experience in processes related to Quality Management, Business Processes, Internal Audit, or Continuous Improvement. ### **BENEFITS** Meal allowance: BRL 28.80/day Transportation allowance Health insurance fully covered by the company Dental insurance Wellhub (Gympass) Half-day off on your birthday ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
