We are developing digital agricultural solutions capable of transforming farming practices to become increasingly sustainable and productive. **About the Position:** Supervise and optimize electrical panel production activities, ensuring processes are executed according to electrical design documents, quality standards, scheduled deadlines, technical regulations, and safety requirements, thereby promoting operational efficiency and team development. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor daily electrical panel production activities. * Assign tasks and guide the electrical assembly team to ensure productivity and adherence to the production schedule. * Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Monitor production metrics (on-time delivery, efficiency, rework, losses). * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-12, IEC, NBR). * Verify the quality of assembled panels, ensuring conformity with technical specifications and customer requirements. * Coordinate electrical testing and final inspections prior to panel release. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues. * Promote workplace organization (5S) and continuous improvement in production processes. * Monitor material, tool, and resource requirements, coordinating with PCP, procurement, and engineering departments. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and sound industrial practices. * Train, guide, and develop the team, monitoring performance and behavior. * Support internal and external audits related to quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor’s degree or technical program.
