Production Leader

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:48 PM; Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for leading the production team, ensuring the efficient execution of operational activities in accordance with internal procedures, quality standards and established targets. Acts as a facilitator between the team and managers, ensuring the flow of production, compliance with deadlines, safety and the quality of processes. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality and safety guidelines * Distribute and monitor the team's daily tasks, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines * Manage time sheets, breaks, absenteeism and team performance * Provide technical support to operators regarding doubts and operational difficulties * Ensure the correct use and replacement of PPEs and support materials * Monitor workplace organization and cleanliness (5S) * Perform verification of operational records and documentation * Support qualification of new area employees * Report deviations, non\-conformities or incidents to the immediate manager * Address problem resolution and continuous improvement of production processes * Participate in production planning and alignment meetings * Interface with departments such as Quality, PCP, Logistics and Maintenance * Monitor area indicators and propose corrective and preventive action plans * Substitute for the immediate manager during absences, when assigned Responsible for leading the production team, ensuring the efficient execution of operational activities in accordance with internal procedures, quality standards and established targets.
