Production Assistant

Description

· Assist in operational activities of the area and conduct visual quality inspections, in accordance with internal procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to meet established productivity and quality targets. · Assist in supplying the production line with necessary inputs to achieve production targets, as well as segregate second-grade materials/scrap and materials failing to meet established quality and compliance standards, per instructions received from the Operator, aiming to maintain delivery levels in line with production planning. · Perform periodic cleaning of machines, equipment, tools, and area facilities, in accordance with internal procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. · Support Operators in the *set up* process, in accordance with internal procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to meet established productivity targets. · Prepare bales of produced materials, in accordance with operational procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to maintain defined quality standards and specifications. · Assist in monitoring the operation of safety devices, in accordance with internal procedures, aiming to meet established targets. · Prioritize product quality by conducting inspections and verifications, and, if necessary, interrupting activities and making adjustments.
