Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading strategic procurement management, supplier negotiations, process optimization, and data analysis to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement. Critically analyze and prioritize internal demands, delegate needs when necessary, and strategically manage procurement processes. . Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, evaluating scenarios, risks, consumption history, and market trends to secure optimal commercial, technical, and financial terms. . Conduct advanced analyses of budgets and proposals using historical data, benchmarks, and performance indicators to support decision-making. . Identify opportunities for cost reduction, economies of scale, and contractual improvements. . Manage the full procurement cycle, monitoring deadlines (SLA), quality, service levels, and supplier performance. . Proactively mitigate risks and resolve deviations in procurement processes. . Be responsible for managing processes in the Sienge system, ensuring accurate data entry, information traceability, and data integrity. . Manage the approval workflow, ensuring compliance with authority levels and internal policies. . Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, conducting performance evaluations, contract renegotiations, and initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation. . Strongly engage in data analysis and procurement intelligence, structuring and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, management reports, and procurement dashboards. . Support budget planning and expense control, serving as a reference for leadership decision-making. . Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives, while supporting the definition and evolution of departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for inventory management and asset management. Conduct supplier qualification processes, ensuring compliance and quality. Perform demand assessment and control the outflow of materials and resources.
