Description
Perform technical pharmacy activities, focusing on hospital pharmaceutical technology, and monitor the execution of tasks in accordance with the manual of standards and procedures.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Verify the separation of prescribed medications;
* Assist in stock control of materials and medications, notifying the Pharmacist when consumption of a specific material or medication increases or decreases randomly.
* Participate in inventory counts for stock control;
* Monitor temperature control;
* Distribute materials and medications, performing verification according to internal customer demand;
* Carry out other activities as needed or at the Pharmacist’s discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Technical High School in Pharmacy or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
Knowledge of pharmaceutical technology.

**The Hospital**
The Sorocaba Regional Hospital “Dr. Adib Domingos Jatene” stands out for its high-quality care and brings the most advanced medical knowledge to the community, striving for dignified, high-quality, socially committed public health care, serving as a reference for Sorocaba’s population of approximately 659\.871 residents. The SRS serves the DRSXVI Sorocaba region (48 municipalities) and 15 municipalities from the Mananciais and Rota dos Bandeirantes Health Regions, totaling a population of 5\.412\.200 inhabitants (IBGE – 2016\), through the São Paulo State Health Services Regulation Center.
The Sorocaba Regional Hospital “Dr. Adib Domingos Jatene” features adult clinical and surgical beds, pediatric beds, an operating room, a diagnostic center, an emergency department, specialty outpatient clinics, and an ambulatory surgery unit where elective surgeries are performed, with same-day admission and discharge.
