Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS/SAP) **Junior PCM Analyst** **Location:** Aripuanã **Company:** Bella Via Transportes The PCM Technical Analyst is responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure asset availability, reliability, and efficiency. Works directly with maintenance and operations teams and management systems, ensuring maintenance plans are executed with quality, within established timelines and resource constraints. **What you will do daily** * Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Develop, update, and monitor maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring execution according to technical priorities and criticality. * Create, track, and close work orders (WOs) in the maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP). * Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and backlogs; propose improvements. * Maintain and update records, failure histories, spare parts lists, technical plans, and equipment master data. * Schedule and oversee major shutdowns and planned interventions. * Analyze root causes of failures and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes. * Support coordination between maintenance, operations, and related departments to ensure operational availability. * Control usage of materials, replacement components, and logistical support required for maintenance activities. * Generate technical reports and present performance results and indicators to management. **What’s important to have in your background** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields) or a Technology degree aligned with maintenance. * Proven experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM). * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS, SAP PM, TOTVS, or similar) **Preferred Qualifications** * Organizational skills and systemic vision, with ability to manage multiple demands. * Analytical capability and problem-solving skills, with focus on continuous improvement. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various company departments. * Proactivity and results orientation, meeting departmental deadlines and goals. **Salary**: 3\.000,00 Travel to Aripuanã R$664,21 \+ Family assistance \+ Life insurance Business hours\- Monday to Friday **Send your resume to email**: people@autonomoz.com.br Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Selection questions: * This position is located in Aripuanã/MT — are you interested?
