Job Summary: This professional will assist in preparing and processing parts for painting, operate basic equipment, perform inspection and packaging, and maintain organization of the workstation. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and processing of parts for KTL or electrostatic painting 2. Basic operation of equipment and support in ovens 3. Visual inspection, packaging, and organization of the workstation · Part preparation for painting (hanging parts on conveyor hooks) · Assist in preparing parts for KTL or electrostatic painting. · Supply production line with parts to be processed. · Perform basic operation of hoists or material handling equipment when authorized. · Support oven operations (loading and unloading parts). · Conduct basic visual inspection of parts after the painting process. · Package finished parts according to production instructions. · Organize and clean the workstation and production line. · Assist in supplying conveyor hooks and production racks. · Complete operational records when requested. · Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
