Job Summary: Work on the front line to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, prevent accidents, and monitor operational activities in high-risk environments. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in accident prevention and compliance with OSH regulations 2. Monitoring of operational activities and guidance to employees 3. Accident investigation and safety documentation management Work directly at job sites to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, prevent accidents, guide workers, and monitor operational activities—especially in high-risk environments. Main Responsibilities: Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose control measures; Monitor operational activities (e.g., working at heights, confined space work, welding, painting, construction, maintenance, etc.); Guide and raise awareness among employees regarding the proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Develop, implement, and monitor Risk Analysis (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), checklists, and safety procedures; Deliver Daily Safety Talks (DST) and safety training sessions; Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and corrective action plans; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Norms (NRs) and applicable legislation; Manage OSH documentation; Support audits and inspections. Halt operations immediately in case of imminent and serious risk; Collaborate closely with supervisors, SESMT (Service for Specialized Engineering in Occupational Safety and Medicine), and contractors. Requirements: Technical course in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); Availability for on-site work; Knowledge of Regulatory Norms (NRs); Experience in operational activities is a plus.
