Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for performing vehicle inspections, diagnostics, automotive repairs, customer service, and maintaining the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** MON-FRI: 09:00-18:00 (LUNCH 13:00-14:00) - SAT: 08:00-14:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Conduct vehicle safety inspections through automotive check-ups; Identify and diagnose repair needs, advising on required services and parts; Perform tire mounting and dismounting; Carry out automotive services such as wheel alignment and balancing; Replace and install automotive parts, including shock absorbers and brake pads; Assist in customer service and sales processes related to vehicle needs; Provide technical delivery to customers, explaining performed services; Properly store tires and parts; Address complaints related to products or services rendered, reporting to store management when necessary; Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE); Ensure workplace and equipment organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance; Comply with company internal procedures and standards. **Requirements:** **Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required;** Completion of elementary education preferred; Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive services preferred; Technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields preferred; Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service; Organization and responsibility in task execution. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, Profit sharing, Private pension, Life insurance, Meal voucher
