Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing automotive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, including tire mounting/dismounting, wheel alignment, and balancing. Serve customers and assist in service sales **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** MON \- FRI: 09:00 \- 18:00 (LUNCH BREAK 13:00 \- 14:00\) \- SAT: 08:00 \- 14:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform vehicle safety inspections via automotive check\-up; Identify and diagnose repair needs, advising on required services and parts; Carry out tire mounting and dismounting; Perform automotive services such as wheel alignment and balancing; Replace and install automotive parts, including shock absorbers and brake pads; Assist in customer service and the sales process related to vehicle needs; Deliver technical handover to customers, explaining performed services; Properly store tires and parts; Address occasional complaints regarding products or services rendered, reporting to store management when necessary; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly; Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment; Comply with internal company procedures and standards. **Requirements:** **Class B driver's license mandatory;** Completion of elementary education preferred; Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive services preferred; Technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields preferred; Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service; Organization and responsibility in task execution. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
