Job Summary: Assist in performing and supporting electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and general minor repair maintenance services to ensure the hotel's functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and systems. 2. Conduct periodic inspections and promptly respond to internal requests. 3. Comply with safety regulations and participate in ongoing training. Job Description: * Assist in performing electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and general minor repair maintenance services; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment, machinery, and systems; * Conduct periodic inspections to identify required adjustments and repairs; * Promptly and effectively respond to internal maintenance requests; * Support inventory control of materials, tools, and supplies used in activities; * Report any irregularities, risks, or needs for specialized maintenance to management; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and hotel internal procedures; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure trainings for the area of responsibility, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management.
