This professional will be responsible for leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring deliveries are executed with excellence and within deadlines—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s sustainable growth. **What we expect from you** * Solid experience in logistics operations, with focus on E-commerce; * Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System); * Ability to lead, develop, and engage teams, ensuring adherence to procedures and operational goals; * Analytical mindset, with skills to interpret KPIs and propose continuous improvements; * Collaboration with E-commerce and Transportation departments, ensuring efficient order and delivery flow; * Strategic and hands-on approach, focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational quality. **Key responsibilities** * Lead and manage the team in daily logistics operations activities; * Motivate and inspire the team, ensuring high performance and commitment; * Resolve issues swiftly and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that optimize outcomes; * Supervise receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and distribution processes; * Act strategically to enhance performance indicators and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations management; * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields (preferred). * Experience with SSW; * Experience with Last Mile; **Work schedule** Sunday to Friday – Night shift **What we offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 23.00/day + BRL 225.00 in VR/VA (no payroll deduction) **Fuel Voucher:** BRL 550.00/month **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with and without payroll deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after 3 months—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Up to 3 salaries (per internal policy) **Birthday Day Off:** One day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit, available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **TotalPass:** Available from date of admission **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
