If you want to be part of an organized and growing team, this opportunity may be right for you. **Work Location:** Avenida das Nações, 1139 \- Capela Velha, Araucária/PR **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in picking, checking, and packaging products for shipping; * Monitor incoming and outgoing goods within the department; * Support loading and unloading of materials, operating forklifts when necessary; * Organize and move materials in the warehouse, ensuring safety and preservation; * Contribute to on-time and high-quality order dispatch; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with company standards; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with construction materials; * Valid forklift operator certification; * Familiarity with inventory control systems; **Benefits:** * Base salary: **R$ 2\.400,78** * Transportation allowance (VT): Round-trip fare amount (no payroll deduction) * Meal allowance (VR): R$ 20.00 per day (approximately R$440.00 monthly) * Food allowance (VA): R$ 200.00 per month * Health insurance after 3 months: Paraná Clínicas (50% covered by the company) * Dental insurance after 3 months: Bradesco * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub (Gympass) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 *(Including 1-hour lunch break)* Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,78 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * For this position, willingness to lift heavy items is required — specifically those not handled by forklifts and included in outgoing orders.
