Join us and become part of a team that transforms logistics into an exceptional experience! **Job Mission** Act as an **operational and safety reference**, ensuring **efficient, safe, and productive railway and terminal operations**, through coordination of field teams and alignment between operational planning and daily execution at yards and rail lines. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Coordination:** * Supervise and guide terminal operators, shunting assistants, and locomotive engineers, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and performance standards. * **Operational Safety:** * Ensure strict adherence to **Golden Rules / Life Rules**, promoting safe practices in critical activities such as shunting, equipment lockout, working at heights, and correct use of PPE. * **Yard and Train Operations:** * Monitor and support train formation, wagon movement, and loading/unloading operations, ensuring operational fluidity and asset integrity. * **Operational Communication:** * Serve as the **central point of communication**, maintaining constant and clear interface with the **Operations Control Center (OCC)**, locomotive engineers, and field teams, ensuring alignment and safety in operations. * **Continuous Improvement:** * Contribute to increased productivity, deviation reduction, and incident prevention by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational discipline. **Profile and Requirements** * Experience in **logistics, railway, or cargo terminal operations** * Experience in **coordinating or leading operational teams** * Knowledge of **operational safety procedures and regulations** * Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability * **Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
