We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to work alongside our project management team and technical teams in planning, organizing, and monitoring multidisciplinary engineering projects. The professional will serve as the liaison between clients, coordinators, designers, and other stakeholders involved in project development, ensuring that information is properly organized, interpreted, and directed to support decision-making and delivery quality. We seek individuals with genuine eagerness to learn, a strong sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and interest in deeply understanding how projects operate to deliver value to clients. **Responsibilities and duties** Act as the interface between clients, technical coordinators, designers, and other project stakeholders. * Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established deadlines. * Organize, record, and distribute technical and managerial information related to projects. * Track client requests, ensuring that agreed-upon alignments are communicated to responsible teams. * Support scope control, reviews, outstanding items, and delivery history. * Participate in internal and external meetings, preparing minutes, records, and follow-ups on defined actions. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Basic knowledge of engineering projects and their development stages. Familiarity with fundamental BIM concepts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across different departments. Interest in learning about project management, multidisciplinary coordination, and client relationship management. Proactive profile with commitment to results. **Preferred qualifications** Prior experience in engineering or architecture design firms. Experience in construction companies or real estate developers. Knowledge of BIM processes and project coordination. Familiarity with project management tools. Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary project documentation. Participation in high-rise building projects or medium- and large-scale developments.
