We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Junior Distribution Analyst*.* **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the CEA Equatorial \- Macapá/AP unit and will be responsible for managing contracts and team mobilization, ensuring efficient execution, quality, and timely delivery.** Check out some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Plan, monitor, and control contracts and team mobilization; * Ensure weekly meetings and *reports* on hiring, mobilization, and demobilization; * Monitor team productivity, contract performance, and execution indicators; * Validate measurements, supplier claims, and contractual adjustments; * Ensure adherence to planning, quality, and deadline compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience planning, monitoring, and controlling contracts and teams, ensuring deadlines, quality, and results; * Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; * Analytical, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
