Lead the Information Technology department, overseeing all IT-related activities, applying industry best practices, and maintaining constant alignment with the corporate IT team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support to users at construction sites and contracts; Organize and manage the IT infrastructure for construction sites and field offices in Botucatu \- SP; Deliver remote and on-site technical support; Maintain updated records of IT asset controls and inventories; Manage contracts and equipment; Align with the Brazil-wide IT Team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in Windows environments; Networking knowledge; Experience providing end-user support; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (AD); Experience configuring printers and various software applications; Strong communication skills; Negotiation skills; Familiarity with ITIL methodology is desirable; Familiarity with the OSI model is desirable.
