Internal Controls Analyst

Description

Responsible for risk management and the internal controls system, acting strategically to improve organizational processes through the development of action plans, evaluation of evidence, and risk mitigation. Their role includes developing policies and procedures, as well as validating *end\-to\-end* processes by establishing operational workflows. Additionally, they actively monitor audits, focusing on continuous improvement of governance and the efficiency of established controls. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you will do here:** * Update the risk matrix, develop action plans for mitigation, and rigorously monitor adherence to established deadlines. * Prepare control matrices, conduct process mapping, and design flowcharts for critical analysis and optimization of operational efficiency. * Implement and review corporate policies, ensuring process alignment with Santa Helena’s and Terra Nuts’ rules and guidelines, as well as compliance with internal and external regulations. * Identify vulnerabilities, propose strategic solutions, and actively participate in planning and conducting internal audits, assessing compliance with applicable regulations. * Monitor current legislation and internal investigations, providing support in evidence analysis and in preparing KPIs and managerial reports on audit results. * Prepare materials for workshops and training sessions, actively promoting awareness campaigns on ethics, compliance, and use of the Ethics Hotline. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in SAP ERP. * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides). * Experience with tools and techniques for flowchart creation and process mapping. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Meal Allowance On-site cafeteria; Health Insurance \- Unimed Dental Insurance \- Unimed Life Insurance Zenklub Pharmacy Benefit Profit Sharing (PLR) Private Pension Plan Employee discount on company products Access to SESI Club Wellhub Founded in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
